Thermal-data-processing-as-a-service

Let us help you!

Over the past years, we at TeAx regularly received feedback from owners and operators of thermal cameras that their captured thermal data is suboptimal for thermal mapping. An often-mentioned vital issue, for example, is “cold corners” in each frame. They sometimes make it impossible to create a homogenous thermal map. In some cases, that makes those captured thermal images useless.

Experts for thermal processing

There is hope: We at TeAx Technology proved ourselves as a reliable partner in thermal imaging technology. Over the years, we also created robust knowledge and experience regarding thermal mapping and optimizing captured thermal data for smooth post-processing. Since we recognize an increased demand in the market, TeAx is now offering its expertise and support by providing thermal data processing “as a service”: Let us help you process your thermal data correctly. We can apply our ThermalCapture functionalities to your recorded, raw thermal frames, even if they were recorded using a FLIR Vue Pro R, Duo Pro R, or XT/XT2 camera. Benefit from our unique Non-Uniformity-Correction and Drift-Compensation algorithms, which generally would only be available to our very own ThermalCapture products. Once we processed your thermal data, we then provide those back to you, and you can further post-process with your tools (i.e., Metashape) and finally create value for your project, your customers, or other stakeholders by producing homogenous thermal …

How does thermal data processing with TeAx work?

The workflow is as simple as writing an email: Send us an email and provide us with either a .TMC-file (recordings from ThermalCapture cameras) or files provided by FLIR Vue Pro R, FLIR Duo Pro R, FLIR XT/XT2 cameras. To do so, we offer a data-sharing service on our very own server. Just contact us for further information.

What do I receive and where does TeAx’ involvement stop?

Once TeAx receives your thermal data, the analytics team will check them first. After a careful review, the team starts processing your thermal data using the unique TeAx experience, tools, and knowledge built over the years. The result will be optimized thermal data, ready for you to download. Those optimized data enable you for any further post-processing, such as stitching via Metashape, Pix4D, OneButton, or your professional reports back to your customers.

Optional: TeAx supports its clients in the whole process:
