Needed settings for connecting Pixhawk Mavlink data to ThermalCapture

The attached PDF describes how to configure Pixhawk controllers to output needed Mavlink messages via serial interface in order to be compatible with ThermalCapture.
The following Mavlink messages are parsed:
GLOBAL_POSITION_INT: Latitude, Longitude, Altitude, Relative Altitude, Vx, Vy, Vz, Heading
GPS_RAW_INT: Number of visible satellites
SYSTEM_TIME: UNIX timestamp
ATTITUDE: Pitch, Roll, Yaw
