This value determines how much the correction mask gets blurred before it is applied.
A value of 50 means, that around each pixel a window of the size 50x50 is taken, from which we calculate the mean. This mean is then used as the actual value for this one pixel in the correction map.

This means: Higher values result in more blur and lower values in less.
With lower values you might see something like a constant curtain if you move through the frames.
